Create new companies.
If CompanyInternalGuid is not set, a new unique one will be generated.
If CompanyInternalGuid is set, it will be used. If it is taken, the team will not be created.
CompanyNumberExternal is the goverment registration number.
if TeamInternalId does not exists it generates a new team with the internal id as the name.
